We hired Dylan Morrow to paint our new home in Stonewall, MB. Dylan provided us with a detailed quote which not only turned out cheaper than other quotes we had received, but his enthusiasm and professionalism was second to none.

We explained to Dylan that we were on a bit of tight deadline and he was able to rearrange his schedule to get the job done. Not only did he get complete the work on our timeline, he was also very accommodating when we realized that the paint colour we chose for a feature wall in our office was not what we thought. Dylan graciously offered to repaint our feature wall and came back quicker than we expected.

Two-Storey Living Room

It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of recommendation for Dylan Morrow’s Painting. We hired Dylan Morrow to paint our two-storey living room. The job we hired Dylan for required a tremendous amount of detail work due to having cathedral ceilings, a wood staircase that had to be cut-in around and baseboard painting. We are extremely satisfied with the results. Having completed this project very recently, we have already received many compliments on the quality job that Dylan did.

Beyond the quality of the job, Dylan was also very conscious of the fact that he was working in our busy home. He ensured his workspace was cleaned up at the end of the day, which was important because we have young and curious children. Home Renovation

I hired Dylan Morrow to paint my stippled ceilings in one bedroom and hallway. Dylan also painted the main hallway, ceiling in another hall, all the walls and ceiling in my back entrance, as well as my kitchen cupboards, and 2 free standing cabinets in September 2016. I found his work to be excellent. He even matched the 2 walls in my bathroom to the remaining walls, which was no small feat. You really can't tell which walls were painted in 2016 from the ones done many years earlier, the match is so perfect.

He was prompt, and covered everything in the rooms that were having ceilings painted, so nothing in the room had to be moved and was then kept paint spatter free.

The 2 free standing cabinets turned out even better than I thought possible. One was an antique cabinet which was painted a glossy black, and it is now an off white and looks fabulous and matches my kitchen cupboards. The other cabinet is in my dining room and is also done in the same off white, covering a cabinet which had a dark brown top, and paint blotched sides. Everything was done beautifully, and on time, and at the prices quoted.

I do not hesitate to recommend Dylan to anyone. If I need any further painting to be done, I will definitely give him a call.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dylan on two occasions – first to repair and paint the walls in seven rooms of my new home, and a second time to repair and paint the wall surrounding my fireplace and install my fireplace mantel. Dylan was contracted through the Interlake School Division to work in Grosse Isle School through the Spring of 2017 as well as July of 2017. During that time, he completed a refresh of the main hallway, the main entrance, all door ways, the staff washroom, the school library and the main office.

In the planning stages of these refreshes, I was able to share my ideas regarding colour choices and my long-term vision of the school’s overall appearance. Dylan worked within my vision, and was able to provide insight regarding colour choices in the school library, as I was working with research regarding the impacts of the physical learning environment.

In the work stages of these refreshes Dylan kept me informed of where he would be working so that he was able to safely close off areas as needed with the least amount of impact on the movement of students. Dylan was always able to communicate with students answering their many questions regarding the work that he was doing with kindness and respect. Dylan’s attention to detail is visible throughout the school, and as such, I am very satisfied with the end product.

Dylan Morrow has painted some of the interior of Rosser School, as well as the exterior of the school.

Dylan communicated well with me to ensure I chose the best paint colours for our school, and he had an organized list of colour choices and samples from which to choose. I noted that he took good care of his tools and he always seemed to have the tools necessary to do the job. Dylan’s tools were methodically stored in the garage when not in use.

Dylan was respectful and patient in all of his dealings with me. When he started setting up to paint the front façade of our school, I had expressed concern for the well-being of our new shrubs along the front. Dylan assured me that his scaffold set-up would not damage any of the new plants. The plants survived unharmed.

There were times where Dylan did not arrive on the job when he was expected. At these times, I understood that he was to work at other schools, and therefore was unable to return to Rosser as originally planned. We have received many compliments on the paint colours in our hallways, and on the exterior paint job!

Upon purchasing my new home, I hired Dylan Morrow to paint the main floor including the walls, doors, frames, textured ceiling and even my kitchen cabinets.
